By using Fabulè you fully accept the Terms of Use as indicated below.

Fabulè is a reading assistant: it provides clarifications, contextual summaries and comprehension support with anti-spoiler filter.
Beta Phase: Fabulè is currently in Beta version. Some features may change, be limited or have errors; we work to continuously improve the service.
No absolute guarantee: the output may contain inaccuracies; the user is responsible for the use of the information received.
Proper use: abuse, attempts to bypass the anti-spoiler filter, illegal content or copyright violations are prohibited.
Account and security: if you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials and activities performed.
Submitted content: the registered user remains the owner of the content they enter and grants Fabulè a limited license to deliver the service (e.g. processing and functional storage).
Intellectual property: trademarks, UI and components of Fabulè remain the property of Fabula Tabula.
Limitation of liability: in compliance with applicable law, Fabula Tabula is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the service.
Privacy: data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
